Break Thru Breathing

Incorporating Kenpo karate and trauma informed breathing techniques, Deb Harrington runs a weekly 1/2 hr breathe practice. The goal of Break Thru Breathing is to bring a sense of calm while working the “issues out of your tissues”.

Care Giver Support Groups

Support Groups are on going and limited to 12 people due to the nature of the group.

Flames of Healing Circles

The fire pit healing circles are a two week process. In week one, participants will reasons, rationales and tools for letter writing and letting go. During week 2, participants will come with prepared letters to shared and/burn in a fire pit with group members as support.

Flames of Healing Circles are in person only.

Disenfranchised Grief Support

Support groups for people suffering from grief due to suicide, miscarriage, overdose of drugs, etc

Professionals Only Day

APTB has reserved one day a week for professional only. In order to prevent burnout, professionals in these high stress situations require support too. The Professional Only day is to provide respite with others in the field as well as the comfort of not running into a client and having to be “on”
